Scholarship for running the mile?

Im just wondering what it takes to get a good scholarship for running the mile is. What times colleges want in your senior year and all that stuff.

It depends on what size college you intend on goin: to. Division I colleges you will want to have a time of 4:20 or under. Sub division colleges you may have a time  of 4:30 or under. Just remember they run 1500 meters so you may want to take off 15 or so seconds to adjust for the distance difference.

I don't know about the mile, but you're looking at a minimum of 4:0x for 1500m, so maybe 4:25 or better for the mile? We don't tend to run miles here, it's kind of archaic.
