Scholarship to futher my PhD abroad?

Hi, currently i am working as a lecturer at private university college.

I have done my degree and master in Human Resource Development

I am very keen in psychology and prefer to further my PhD in this area.

I would like to know if there are any scholarship available for me to further my study abroad

and yea you might not be eligible for a lot of scholarships in America, but just google what you want. I'm entering college soon, and i just googled "scholarships for ____" and it led me to many sites that offered scholarships
