Scholarships for postgraduate degrees from ivy league universities?

im talking about masterals and doctorates..

1. coz assuming at that point in time, you'd be already financially stable right? but i would really rather choose to have one rather than paying for it

2. would they give these grants to foreigns students?

For a masters, it's unlikely you'll get a scholarship. For a PHD, sure, it's typical to get it paid for. All you need to do as an international is to be a very top student and apply to your schools of choice.
