School, ya right..?

School is the main reason of depression.. My parents wouldnt understand that I have a things to accomplish and goals to reach but all of that is being blocked by this so called " education ".

I wish I could go homeschooling and start working on more important things. School and homeschool all offer the thing we need the most, the diploma. Ive been socialized so thats no excuse to make me go.. People tell me ways to convince my parents!

Actully, the diploma is not the thing you n3eed the most,a nd many homeschoolers do not recieve accredited diplomas. They don't need them because colleges don't give two flying figs about the diploma. Just the transcript and test scores, application and any extracurricular activities. Sure, your parents can issue a diploma, but you really only need that if you have to show it to an employer after highschool.

well, i have gone to public school my whole life. this year was my freshman year, and i decided that i wanted to try homeschooling. It took a little convincing, but my parents agreed. but its not like i thought it would be. I homeschool myself...and it is veryyy stressful [so i am going back to public school next year]. but different things work for different people.

To try and convince your parents, point out positive things about homeschooling that can help you AND them.
