School's Starting...?

School's starting soon, and I've been trying to wake up earlier, but i just cant. i end up sleeping till 10, and i need to start waking up and 6:10! any suggestions?

  1. Set your alarm and drink some coffee in the morning.


  2. set an alarm relly loud!

  3. set 2 or 3 alarms, each 5 minutes apart then move them to the other sides of your room

    so when the alarm gos off u have to get out of bed to turn it off.

    then if you get back into bed one will go off 5 minutes later so you wont fall back to sleep again

  4. Go to bed earlier.

  5. go to bed earlier and then have a alarm clock wake you up.  When you wake up go to the bathroom and splash hot (or cold) water on your face.

  6. 1 Ask your mom or family member to wake you up

    2 set your alarm clock...put it somewhere you have to get entirly out of bed to shut off

    3 if you shut it off and go back to sleep...next morning

    set it to snooze for 30 minutes..

    when it goes off at 5 40..hit the snooze..then it will be easier towake up and 6 10 when it goes off again

  7. Maybe every day until school starts you could start waking up earlier and earlier every day until the first day of school-like maybe tomorrow you could try to wake up at nine thirty, then try a little earlier the next day, etc. Have your alarm play music really loud on your favorite station to help get you going. Also, try not to go to bed later than like 10:00
