Okay, so it's the first week of school. Tomorrow will be the 5th day. The problem is, they ****** my schedule up! I just got into the right classes yesterday. Now the problem is I hate my schedule now! First hour I have adv. Literature and I love it, but then I have to go to my locker, and dash down two flights of stairs, through our giant cafeteria and to my next class...Latin. There are 5 kids in that class! 5! 3 upperclassmen [[11th or 12th idk which.]] and 1 freshman...and me. [[I'm a freshman too]] I'm almost late everyday, I have like 30 seconds to spare, but my Lit class said sometimes she would hold us back for a few seconds or a minute and that could make me late, plus if I forget something I'll be late! Plus, I hate the class! I know i've only been in there for a few days, but it's terrible...We're learning about Greek Mythology and I know nothing about that, but everyone else is a genious at it. So I feel stupid, and I don't know what we're talking about and if we get tested on it I'll fail! I know I could switch, but I'm pretty sure that would change my whole schedule and I just got it changed so I don't want them to be like no! I don't know. I feel really worried about all of it and I don't know why it bothers me so much but right now I feel like I'm going to cry because I hate it so ******* much! What should I do...

Thanks to whoever took time to read this and help...

  1. tell whoever is your guidence councler tomorrow will be my 5th day to. just tell your counseler that you cant be in class ontime because your schedule has you going up and down the stairs.

  2. If it's worrying you this much, maybe you should speak to your assistant principal for help.

You're also going to have to learn how to manage your time better. All students get the same amount of time to go from one class to another so you're going to have to prioritize and move quickly in order to not get in trouble. Get to school early enough to pack for the first half of the day, then switch books and supplies during lunch for the second half of the day.

You will have to also develop better study habits. By now it might be too late to switch out of the Latin class so take the time to study more for that class and any other that you don't quite understand. Since you seem to be surrounded by "geniuses", why not form a study group with them? Some of their smarts may rub off on you! Ask your teacher for help too.

Finally, you'll have to learn how to de-stress. When feeling stressed, take a walk or have a long soak in the bath tub. Vent to friends and family and ask them for advice. Don't keep all those bad feelings inside and you'll succeed not only in school but in life as well.

  3. Wow i feel really bad for you. I would cry too. Talk to your guidance counselor and tell them whats happening, how you almost late everyday. Ask him/her to change your schedule so it easy for you to get to your classes on time. Good Luck :).

  4. go to the schools counselor and try to get a rescheduled shedule and tell him/her what's going on. and your problems

  5. wow! theres a big problem there.

i feel like crying myself for you.

man i would ******** hate them if i was you.
