  1. PB&J all the way

  2. Depending on your level of being a vegetarian you can have chicken/ turkey. You can make a sandwhich with chicken lettuce tomatoes onions, and stuff like that.

  3. I laugh at the person who said Turkey and Chicken on your level of being Vegetarian, there isn't a level, you are or you aren't.

Anyway, try some rice and vegetables, steam some broccoli.

Also try making a tomato soup, and throwing in some corn, beans, carrots, potato's, and peas for a delicious meal.

Pasta's are great, any sort of sauce and some pasta makes a great meal.

  4. hummus and veggies

cheese and crackers and apple slices

various seasoned tofus - you can bake them the night before and eat them cold, or warm in a thermos

If you use a thermos, there are tons of soups and stir frys and pasta dishes you can keep warm and use!

    lettuce, tomato, and seitan

  5. Sandwiches such as peanut butter and vegetarian ham and cheese.

  6. You might want to try this vegetarian sandwich spread:  http://www.ehow.com/how_4482234_vegetari...  I think its really good, and my family seems to love it too :-)

  7. It's great that you're a vegetarian! I am a vegan, and for school I pack...

    *PB&J sandwich

    *Bagel

    *Fruit in a container

*Some kind of juice box/water bottle

    *Pasta (in a thermos)

    *Leftovers from dinner

Mostly I go pretty simple.  But if you'd like to hear it from a pro, here's a link:

This woman packs a simple yet gourmet vegan lunch for her son everyday, and you can see everything she packed.  She even has her own recipe book with simple recipes for the things she packs for her son!

    Hope I helped! =]

  8. I'm also a vegetarian, but I don't like pb&j. It sounds weird if you've never had it, but try peanut butter and fluff. Its really good :D If you've never had fluff its like a cream version of marshmallows and you can get it at any grocery store :D

  9. Sandwiches like PB and J/etc or tofurkey or lightlife deli slices with tomato and hummus or vegan mayo, cold pasta, mini salad, quinoa or couscous and beans, vegan chili, soup, stir-fry, roll-ups/wraps, vegan tuna or potato salad, vegetables with rice.
