Hi there =]
Were back to school on Tuesday and I'm really dreading it TBH. It's not the fact of the work or boredom or anything else. It's just like..I've fallen out with my best mate and he bullies me and I know myself that I suffer from depression. I cut (and yes, I did get help) I still sometimes do it a bit, but not as much. I'm really stressed and as I'm a bit overweight (I've been trying to lose weight for ages, but it's hard and blah, I'm gonna keep trying) Anyway, as I'm overweight, people pick on me. My confidence is low. Any suggestions of how to ignore people and not get so upset? I worry allot, quite badly TBH. Please just give me some suggestions and be kind..please?
