I am sick of high school lunches. I have gained like 50 pounds in the past year just from eating them. They don't even taste that good. I was wondering if I will feel better and healthier if I just pack my lunch. Will the weight go down if I exercise and just pack my lunch everyday. Also what are some tasty and simple lunches that I can pack to take. We have a microwave but I would rather just use my food container to pack my food in, if it the food is hot.
