School Problem!!!!!!!!!?

As you all now im a girl and i get Menstrual Cycles today my bio teacher said that the ladys get one free past to go to the nurse when that time of the month comes .The question is how do i tell him when it is or let him know that its that time?

Just do it, you may think it is big deal, but honestly he will probably be more embarrassed than you. Be blunt, and next time he will just get it right away.

The fact that he's a bio teacher means he's not ignorant of what women go through. He's also told you about the free pass so obviously he's not bothered or embarrassed by the concept of periods. He knows its natural!

If I were you I'd approach him when I needed the pass just like you'd approach someone else asking for a pass. It might feel like the most embarrassing thing in the world but it'll be fine! He's probably done it tons of times, and isn't phased by it at all.

It seems like a big thing to you, but to him its perfectly normal. Try not to worry and if you need support talk to a friend in that class and ask her abnou it. She's probably just as worried!
