School Record question for Kids entertainment permit?

I am applying for a entertainment work permit and there is a portion that needs to be filled out by my current school.

the problem is,

its summer.

last week i graduated from 8th grade, so i don't really go to school there anymore. & i'm starting a new school in san francisco for 9th grade.

So which school should fill out my work permit?

Since no school records are anywhere else, submit your old school's name.  They have your records.
