I am afraid my parents will go to jail with the new regulations that say that if your address is not correct at the district (Miami Dade) you will be put in jail for up to 5 years and pay a fine of $5000.

I am a gifted high school student, currently going into 10th grade. Im taking AP Chemistry this year. I currently going to a school where I'm not suppose to, and I want to keep it that way because I like the school. I live in a bad neighborhood and therefore my parents haven't changed to my current address due to a required transfer to a school nearby that's very bad. How can I deal with this?

  1. illegal immigrants don't get charged a fine being in this country but someone born in this country wants a better school because schools are overcrowded with illegal immigrants should be allowed to go to anyschool they want.
