I go to school & when I get home I am SWAMPED w/ homework. I don't have any time to do anything but school, work, tan, & sleep. I barely have time to eat. But I need to drop 20 lbs. I tore my MCL 2 summers ago so I can't do a lot using my left knee. Other than dieting (already doing) what are some exercises that I can do in a short amount of time that won't be too hard on my knee?
