  1. It sounds like you need a new, more compassionate doctor!  This sounds more like a phase.  And even if it is a phase, she could help you get through it.  I recommend going to a therapist, and considering anti-anxiety meds if it's really bad.

  2. it sucks dosent it.i have the same thing.just try breathin slowly it does work

  3. If you start school and still haven't seen a counselor, talk to the guidance counselor at your school.  When you feel anxiety the important thing to remember is to slow down your breathing.  Take slow, deep breaths.  This will keep your heart rate normal.  Try to relax all the muscles in your body.  Shut your eyes and let your mind go blank.  Start doing this at the first sign of anxiety. Don't wait until it builds up.  Nip it in the bud.  You are in charge of your body. Your body is not in charge of you.  I hope this helps.  Good Luck.

  4. You need a new therapist. If you really do have a ton of panic attacks, that isn't healthy, and obviously your current therapist isn't helping you at all.

I tend to get panic attacks every day (bad combination of panic disorder, social anxiety, depression and OCD right there...). I couldn't find a way to cope by myself but my therapist prescribed me with zoloft and we discussed ways that I could be more confident around people and I've made some improvement.

    Best wishes to you.
