School grant?

i'm going to university of washington this fall, and school isn't giving me any grant. and my parents don't have very little income. i do have scholorship but it doesn't pay all of it.

I always assume school give out grant to all low income students. why didn't i get one. I called and they said "too bad"

  2. Sorry about your situation- that's rough, but you should still be able to go to college if you take out student loans. They are exactly designed for your problem. They give you the money for college and you pay it off after you graduate. So many people couldn't go to college without them. One easy way to apply is to go to http://tuitionbids.com. You fill out your information and then 6 different student loan vendors will email you bids for your loan. It's easy and you will have options.

    You should also apply for federal aid- called the FAFSA, where you can get money for school from the government.
