I dont have any gym related courses this year and i'm afraid my abs and my arms might go back the way they are before.. is it possible?

School is coming and i might not have enough time to do exercises!

What are the best ways to maintain muscles?

  1. Do half an hour a day of exercise. Eat healthy.


  2. weal if ur in high school i say use ur schools weight room nd if ur in collage then use there weight room if they have but if not but like a bench to put in your room and work out like a half hour to an hour every knight
