  1. Give lots of suggestions to you son and alternate all his favourites. Vary the type of bread e.g. pitta, sliced, roll, flat bread so he is always surprised.

Keep it healthy, if you give junk he will expect it all of the time.

Yogurt sachets are great and can be kept in the freezer so still cool by lunch. Include a mixture of fruit such as grapes and vegetables such as carrot sticks. You can also cut apple into segments and mix with a small amount of lemon juice to prevent from going brown. These can then be kept in a box and include a few every day ( he may not eat them every day but persevere). Flapjack or fruit loaf is a healthy alternative to cake. Sometimes I include a small pasta salad or a tub of hummus.

Cheese and crackers is another option or small cubes of cheese in with the veges.

    A small box of raisins.

    Hope this helps

  2. TRY LUNCHABLES THEIR GOOD AND FUN FOR KIDS

  3. peanut butter and jelly sandwiches..or egg salad sandwiches. or lunch mates....they have cheese crackers a drink and some have tiny slices of ham.or slim jim and stick of cheese.many different food paks to choice from.............

  4. try one of the many lunchables they have some with apples and apple sauce ,

    also some capri suns

and some s****. doo - fruit juice snacks they are quite nutritious

he and his lunch will be a hit

also you can never go wrong with old p&b&j  sandwich with the crust cut off ! also they have bread with the crust already cut off !!  it's quite good my kids love it !

  5. Sandwich,

    Stuffed paratha,

  6. If you want to cook for him, it would be nice if you made a simple dinner and then just packed him leftovers. Something easy like spaghetti, meatloaf and mashed potatoes, ground beef, with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and tortilla chips--all on the side of course, for a simple taco salad. I usually make my son a sandwich, ham or turkey, pb&j, tuna salad, a bag of chips, a piece of fruit, or a fruit cup, or a sugar-free pudding or jello. Some baby carrots and some ranch, celery with PB & raisins. A fruit roll up maybe. Then a bottle of water, either plain, or with a Crystal Light packet--that or a juice box, or a Capri Sun Roaring Waters drink. Sometimes he just likes an Easy Mac with the side stuff. He goes to an advance placement school, and they haven't built the permanent school so this is his 4th year eating 'cold lunch'. He either eats a paper bag lunch from school or I send lunch with him depending on what he wants. sometimes the menu for the other schools in the district look so yummy, that I feel bad for them. But it's ok, as long as you keep it a little bit different every week, they're fine! Something that they can warm up once in awhile is good for them too though--takes the monotony out of it! By next year they should have a perm school for these kids. Hey, even Lunchables works wonders sometimes! Good Luck!

  7. I'd say a yummy sandwich. Each kind everyday. There very easy to make. And they don't get spoiled easy. So, you don't have to worry about that. Hope I helped. :)
