  1. Sandwiches like PB and J/etc or tofurkey or lightlife deli slices with tomato and hummus, pita sandwhiches with hummus and tabouli, chicapeas and tomato, basic salad, basic cold/raw soup or stew/gazpacho, pasta salad, quinoa or couscous and beans or lentils with chickapeas, cold soup/gazpacho, roll-ups/wraps in tortilla with fixins, vegan tuna or vegan egg or potato salad, vegetables with rice, gobi aloo, vegan somen salad or other pasta salad, dumplings, samosas, small vegan bagel or pita pizzas with cream cheese and veggies.

Sides to go with lunch: dried fruits, nuts, vegetables, fruits, applesauce, hard and soft pretzels, homemade chips (potato, kale, tortilla, corn, banana, pita, etc), seeds (sunflower, pumpkin), vegan cookies, homemade bars (like the recipes I gave you in another answer), vegan muffins, vegan brownies, granola, crackers, breads, fries, plantin, trail mix, luna bar, chips or veggies and dip.

    Sandwhich ideas:

Tofurky or Lightlife deli-slices with hummus, or mustard, or vegan mayo, or other spread, with veggies on sliced bread, sub bread, or pita bread. Or just hummus or vegan mayo or other spread with veggies and/or fruit. Also peanut or almond butter with fruits and/or veggies such as bananas, avocado, apples, strawberries, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, blueberries, etc. Hummus with shredded carrots and celery with a flour tortilla or pita bread. Falafel with carrots, sprouts and hummus is good. Potato salad or chickpea salad or vegan chicken salad or vegan tuna is good. Tempeh bacon, tvp crumbles, or seitan slices or chunks sand veggie sandwich's. Beans and a spread with sprouts and other veggies on a pita bread is good. Rice, avocado and peanut butter. Avocado and lettuce are almost essentials in most of my sandwiches!

  2. haha "vegetrain" as in train of veggies?

Anyway, why not sandwiches? Avacado ones are yummy! Pack a piece of fruit with some cheese and crackers. Maybe a yogurt or cottage cheese? Cut up veggies with some dressing to dip them in?

  3. Have a fruit salad like with apples, watermelon, orange etc. or even make a vegetarian stirfry with baby corn, carrots, capsicum etc.

  4. this probably isnt going to help but i just don't really eat at school except for like burritos when they have them

  5. hummus and pita

    peanut butter and jelly

  6. Actually a completely obvious choice is requesting that your school serve vegetarian options.

Then they will do all the work for you!

  7. Vegetable soups or wraps are good.

  8. u could make a lasagne, or potato jackets with a bean filling and a topping like avacado. u could also make some patties or a loafmade from walnuts, oats, onions, herbs etc. or maybe even  apasta dish

  9. There is a great blog called the vegan lunch box, it has great ideas for lunches. http://veganlunchbox.blogspot.com/ . She also recently republished her recipe book that is filled with great recipes for lunches.

  10. Good old fashion Peanut Butter and jelly on crackers. Also my sister cut up cucumbers and cheese, with cut up fresh tomatoes, and just stacked them like a finger sandwich, it was so good. Also get the curly lettuce, chop up and kind of veggies, put sesame seeds, bean spouts. Then pile all of that like you would a taco...and you have the healthiest taco...
