School/office politics? how they work and how to become a winner?

i don't really know a whole lot about it, can you please explain it to me? how to use it for my benefit and what to look out for?

Office Politic is common in everywhere, every office and throughout the world. We in S'pore is also very common.

Knowing leadership & human relationship & approaches are very importance for the well being of very office or school.  School with all teachers around should be a better place to work if all are devoted & concerned in their training responsibility to children.  Should not make a fool of themselves.
