School....?

okay so im in 8th grade and about to finish my school year at a private school...i have many friends there and its pretty good...but sometimes i feel like i dont belong and that i want to leave. well i have the decision to stay at the private school or go to a local public school. many people like the public school but i dont know anyone there and there well be MANY more people there than at my current school. some days i want to leave my private school and other days i dont. im very confused and would like to know if anyone has any solutions. i only have a couple days to decide what i want to do. i am very scared to go to the public school yet kinda excited but i also am going to miss my private school even though it has its faults.

you should stay in the private school there are so many mean people in public school and you don't know anybody so you may get picked on in private school i don't think there are that may people and they can help you more there so just stay in the private school where you know what it is like.

You'll regret it in the short and long run if you go to public school!  Stay in private.

Stay in private.

I currently go to a public school, and would trade almost ANYTHING to go to a private one.

Stay with your friends. It would be rather hard to make new ones in High school, especially going into your freshman year.

I went to both Private and Public school. Private school is better for getting into college and it has a lot more activies, but public school has so much more freedom.

I suggest that you go to public school for one semester and see if you like it, and if not, go back to your private the next one. :)

My friends that I made in high school came from private school, so they were scared that they weren't going to make any friends either, but they did and it's been pretty fun.

But if you don't go to Public school, you may regret it later because you didn't really know what it's like. But it's your choice. I really suggest going to public school for a bit!

(aaand, if you go to public for a little bit, you wouldn't have to pay for private tuition and you guys would have a lot more money that you could use to spend!)

You won't be completely happy at either place, because schools are made up of people & people aren't perfect.  I went to a public school, but teach at a private school.  You'll probably have more problems at the public school.  I'd stick with the private school.

Im 14 years old, and i have been in public and private! Public gives much more freedom white Private is pretty good for College. Dont worry about not knowing anyone in Public school, i just entered 9th grade in a new public school when i finished 6th 7th and 8th in Private school, and in public school i made so much more friends! So many diversities of people its wonderful. I agree with the people above me, you should try a semester out in Public and see if you like it. If you dont transfer out to Private. Good luck !
