School report on depression?

Question

i'm on the page i have to title "tools of the trade". you know, items those of the depressed state would use to ease the pain. razor blades are all i know of. nothing that would kill them on contact. what else is there?

Scissors, knives, anything sharp.

Drugs, alcohol, food, eating disorders, sleeping too much/little, unsafe s*x, excessive spending, over eating...anything that "self medicates" (psych prof)
