School shoe problem (pic included)?

ok i go to a catholic school and they changed the shoe policy. they said 1 inch heel and it could be a loafer,velcro or laces

now i looked everywhere for them but i found these and i thought the could pass as loafers. do u think they could? (not the flat loafer) please help!

I think they are cute. I also think that they should pass.

Another thing, people honestly dont go looking for things like that, until you make it a problem. Dont make it a problem and it should be a big deal
