School starting....question for all parents..?

So are you happy the school starts again? How is the life in your family during Summer Break und during School time? Are the teachers keeping you very busy too? What about driving your childrens to school, how far is the school?

My daughter is starting kinder this year and im sad about it. I have ALOT of worries. She has alittle speech problem and im soo scared that the other kids will make fun of her. She was in speech class all of last yr and it will continue this yr also.  What if she has an accident on herself in front of the class, her teacher *which is very nice* told me its all normal to have the fears, but that doesn't settle my nerves..lol  

Now dont get me wrong Im happy that she will meet new kids..make friends and start a new chapter in her life as well as ours.

We live close to the school so she doesn't have to ride the bus.

I also have a 10mth daughter that will keep me occupied during the day, but im going to miss her sooo badly!!!

Sorry I'm not a parent, but I'm the child of one and know the answers:

1. Yes, my mom is excited for me but knows she has to be late for work to take me.

2. My life is mainly at home with my grandmother, but my mom works for 9 hours 5-day week and father 12 hours 7-day-6-day week. But my mom makes time on Fridays to take us out, or sometimes take off from work.

3. No. School hasn't started yet.

4. School is down the street for my sister (Elem.)  and brother (HS). For me, it's pretty far being about a 10 full minute drive.
