Question:

School starts Monday any tips?

Ok, I am 11 and I have to get up at 5:45 AM. I don't want to feel like a zombie for school so wat is a good time for me to go to sleep? Also please list a scheldue like what time I should go to bed to night and wat time I should wake up in the morning so I can get used to going and getting up earlier. Please help. I despretley need it! Thanks! :-)

  1. I would go to bed at 9:30, then set your alarm to 5:30, that will give you 8 hours of sleep, if thats what your body is used to. You already said you need to get up at 5:45. I usually like to wake up 15min early because then I can wake up without having to get out of bed, sometimes its nice to wake up to the radio or music which will help wake you up.


  2. If your the type of person that really needs sleep for a long time, then around 9 should be good, just don't stay up later than 10, or 11 and it should be good.  Also, you should wake up at 5:30, as others have said.

    Last year, I had to wake up at 6:30 and I literally died, because I stayed up so late and didn't have a schedule.
