School has me down. I can't believe how I only have 2 AP classes and already have a load of work. Any tips on how to anti-stress? I can't help but worrry about everything. Being a pesimist is now catching to my health. I sleep 5-7 hours a night because homework keeps me up just that long. I can barely fit in time to eat. Spend lunch studying and any other "free" time catching up on sleep. HELP ME!!!!! I am really desperate and it is only the second week of school.

  1. Try to get at least 8 hours sleep a night, start a routine (going to bed at and waking up at the same time every day).  If you are still tired after getting 8-12 hours sleep a day, and it continues for longer than 6 months, go to the docs, you may have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and stress just makes the condition worse
