School tommorow tips ?

i just moved to a new school we start tommorow and does anyone know how to a. whiten teeth in like 5 min lol

Well, i did this but it takes about 10 min. (excluding whitening strip time) and ur teeth hurt for a couple hours but it works:

1) brush teeth for 7 min. with whitening toothpaste

2) wash ur mouth using mouth wash w/ flouride as long as possible

3) rinse with cold water

4) floss

5) put whitening strips on teeth for as long as possible

baking soda. take a box or pour some into a little dish, wet your toothbrush, dip your brush in the soda. get a lot of it on there. and brush. brush. brush. then spit, and rinse. then brush your teeth w/ your normal toothpaste. you WILL see a difference. i did. and my mouth felt so much cleaner. warning:  the baking soda taste icky. be prepared. also, baking soda mixed with crushed strawberries also whitens REALLY well really faste. your put that on your teeth and let it sit. then rinse. then brush w/ toothpaste. but if you dont have that just use good ol' baking soda. Arm & hammer is the best. 50 cent a box!
