School tomorrow....help please?

well tomorrow is the first day of school,and,lucky me, thats when im gonna get my period. Its usually heavy, and most of the time last year, I was lucky if I made it to the bathroom. Well its the first day of school, so of course there's gonna be like no time to go to the bathroom. Its gonna be horrible! I dont wear tampons either, so how can I make sure that I dont have an accident? please help me Im so nervous about it.

well, you just have to be prepared.

during classes, get a pass to go the restroom. stop at your locker on the way there, and grab a pad. put it in a binder or notebook to keep private.

and if you have study hall, change it then.

anytime you have free time, change your pad. and change it also right before you leave for school, and once you get home.

Warn your teachers that you have gotten your period and you are needed to change them during school. The should understand

Wear thicker pads.
