School transfering ?

I want to go to a high school thats not in my area, i hate my home school so i want to go to a school thats like 15 minutes away, the open enrollemt has ended so somone suggested i go to the district and get a permit allowing me to transfer to a different school.

How do i do this and what else can i do to be able to transfer to that school ? I cant find a friend or famliy members address who lives near the school so i can apply under that address. what other ways are there ? I realllly like that school and want to go there. my district is LAUSD .

Find a program in the school that you like that will benefit you and that is not offered by the high school in your area. That exception is usually granted./
