School uniforms??????

Question

I go to a public school and we have this new dress code this year. We have to have skirts, shorts, and pants with belt loops. I bought two pairs of pants without belt loops and i'm afraid i'm going to get in trouble on the first day. My friend told me that they aren't going to pay attention if it's something as small as pants having no belt loops. Should i wear them? Oh and what are your opinions on public school uniforms?

Seems to me if they went to the trouble of changing the dress code, they will probably enforce it.

Why risk getting in trouble the first day?

See what happens the first two-three days of school, and go from there.

I don't think it matters if it has belt loops or not. Most likely you won't get in trouble.

School uniforms are a good thing,it done me no harm.Then everyone will go to school to learn & not worry about what everyone else is wearing & we won't keep coming across these questions on "what should I wear to school?"

I think you should wear them! Your friend's right, Honey. And take it from a person who's been wearing school uniforms since pre-k (seriously), they won't pay any attention to your belt loops. You should be thankful that you're not walking around dressed like every other guy and girl at your school! I wished my school was that loose on dress code!

well if they say you have to..then you have to..at least for the 1st month..then they wont care
