School went "out of business" needing transcript?

Question

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, State of Texas. Where on the Texas Department of State Health Services web site do I go to for getting a copy of the transcripts (classes taken, grades) that would have been submitted by the massage school?

My timing was AWFUL. Just had it verified by a competitive school that Texas Massage Institute went out of business "about a month ago" the person told me...

Here is the home link for Texas DSHS...I just can't figure where to go from here.
