School wont give us a transfer! What can I do?

Ok my daughter went a half of the year at a Preschool in our town and now its time for her to go to kindergarten so I wasnt going to send her to the school in that town because there is no way for us to take her to and from anymore because im not working anymore because i just had a baby and we also have a 3 year old staying home her father works in another town just 20 miles from the other school we are in the other Schools district but our town address is for the school we want to send her to. She hasnt been signed up at any school yet because the school we want to send her to said we need to get Request a Release for like a transfer and the other school said No they will not do it. What can i do?? Because I have to send her to school and if we have no way of getting her to the school that says no they wont give us the transfer what can I do..School starts in 10 Days.

Contact the school board immidietly, without a doubt you will get into the School thats in your district.

If you don't know the school board your in, just ask an operator or look it up.

Well I assume if he says no, you cant really do anything about it. Or you can hire a tutor or homeschool your daughter
