Schooling/teachers/tutors on movie sets?

I was watching this video of selena and demi (I think)

and they showed their movie set teacher.

and my sister was watching the jonas brothers on disney

and it was the one where nick was studying while his brothers were out.

And i read somewhere that during the fimling of camp rock,they also had on-set tutors.

so my question is, do they hire these teachers/tutors...

or if it's on a movie set with underage kids, do they already have them?

this question has been bugging me for a while

I would think that the kids parents hire them to follow them around wherever they are.  Who knows though...good question!
