Schools in Japan Major in Dynamic Web, Flash?

Dear all, is there a school in japan that is popular and major in web development, flash, multimedia? I want to pursue a Scholarship in Japan, please help thanks alot. I'm currently 22 and want to go for further studies in the universities

Going to Japan to study isn't as easy as it is to go to another state to study and unless you're fluent in Japanese you won't understand the classes anyway. There are many community colleges all over the United States that teach those programs. Go to one of them.
