I just don't get these questions... HELP?!

1: Why does water shoot into the air from the lower end of the tube?

Because of a chemical reaction

Because the force of the water being poured pushes itself through, and out, of the tube

Because of gravity

Because of the water cycle

2: To what part of the artesian well does the rubber tube correspond?

The hole dug into the ground

The structure built to haul up water

The water under ground

A geyser

    I have been thinking about this question #2.

    You did not tell us in what position the rubber tube is.  I am assuming that the upper length  is upright and the other length is lying flat or perpendicular to the upper length.  The entire length of the rubber tube corresponds to the space underground that is occupied by water in an artesian formation.
