Science Question! graphing boiling and melting point of water?

here's me question that I'm so confused on!!

"create a graph that shows the melting and boiling point of water."

it's probably easy but I have a lot to do!

HELP!!!!!!

  1. To create this graph, you need to label the X-axis (vertical axis) as temperature.  The Y-axis (horizontal line) will be time.  Due the high specific heat of water, it is able to absorb alot of energy without changing temperature.   The graph should have a positive slope until it reaches 0Celcius, where it will be flat (slope=0) as the ice melts.  Once all the ice has melted, the temperature will again climb until reaching 100Celcius, then another flat line as water boils away into vapor.
