What should i research for the question "How does the size of a bathing suit affect the speed of the swimmer wearing it?"

The bigger the bathing suit, the slower the swimmer because there will be more resistance of the bathing suit in the water. Try researching forces, with water resistance and stuff. Also try different ones on and do an experiment yourself. As well, the tighter it is to ur skin, the more streamlined you are, that makes you faster. Good luck.

Being as I swim, some things you first need to know are there are certain suits made for speed, called fast skins, aquablades, speedos, etc.. My suggestion is to search on speedo.com or tyr and see if you can find anything about sizes. What I can tell you is the less fabric you have gets you farther and faster.

You could start off by finding out if tighter bathing suits have an affect a person's mobility while swimming.  You could also find information about a swimmers weight and their bathing suit. Good luck!

you could go swimming yourself and try on different sized bathing suits take a friend and get them to time you doing a length in the pool in the different suits you should find that the tighter the suit the faster you will swim
