  1. 1. Yes, of course. The scientific law refers to the real facts. The scientific theory is juast a human perception or description about those real facts or just a human blind imagination without referring to any facts.

    2. Not at all. Newton's law of gravity is not adequately explains the phenomenon of gravitation. The Newton's law of gravity relates define fravity force with its relation to mass. Since you can not measure mass if no force occured. The mass itself is just a virtual measure or just a human imagination, not an absolute independent facts.

    3. The scientific theory should explain every factual realities related to the theory. If there is a discrepancy, between the realated fact and theory, the theory is just a "novel" like imagination or a fiction. These are happened with the contents of Bible, to many fictions involved in.
