I am writing an essay on designer babies. I need really good scientific facts. I can't seem to really find much (I know, there's heaps out there but I can't understand some of it ... more like most of it).

Firstly, what is a designer baby?

Secondly, how do you make one?

Thirdly, are processes like Blastomere biopsy and Pre-implantation genetic diagnosis part of making designer babies?

Fourthly, anyone got good sites I can look at?

I need really detailed, really up-to-date data.

Anyways, designer babies is when a parent makes a baby.

Pros-

Your child will NOT get a disease when born

Cons-

Every child would look the same because the parent would always want a good-looking pretty or handsome baby.
