Starfish contains multiple different species, they are in the phylum Echinodermata. Octopus and squid are in phylum Mollusca.

Domestic horse Equus caballus. Grevy's zebra Equus grevyii. Plains zebra Equus burchelli. Mountain zebra Equus zebra.

Asian elephant Elephas maximas.

Just type in scientific name lemon for example into google and you'll easily find the rest.

Some of those are large groups with various species.  Frogs with toads can be collectively termed anurans as they both belong to the order of Anura, for example.

A brief look through those I happen to know offhand:

Horses are in the species of /Equus cabullus/.  Zebras form one or more species of the same genus.  There are a number of genera and species of crocodiles, so you'd have to be more specific.  Chickens belong to /Gallus/.  Ducks are any of the various members of a family called Anatidae.  The Asian elephant, but not the African ones, is in the genus of /Elephas/.  The platypus is /Ornithorhynchus/.

(Quick explanation: The generic and specific names, but not higher levels such as Anatidae (a family), always have to be written in italics.  I can't do that with this system, so I've used those slashes as a kind of informal substitution).
