I think it true i don't believe that we are alone in the universe or in fact in this galaxy i believe that there are humans out there in our level trying to find if theres life on the universe just like us.

There could be other species beyond humans such as other aliens life forms that has civilization that has been using high tech and probably visiting other worlds.

What do u think?

  1. of course there is life out there but  since the possibility of there being a planet exactly like earth isn't that high i would say those living beings would be very different from us as they have evolved quite differently compared to us ( as environmental pressures on them are different).

  2. I'm  sure there are other Earth-like planets out there, but you can bet your bottom dollar that our species is unique to this planet.

  3. I believe that Earth is the only planet in the universe that has life forms on it.

  4. Belief is irrelevant. Facts & evidence are all that matters in such questions. To date, we have zero evidence for any habitable planets existing. It is possible that we may find some, but maybe not soon (The methods being used to find extrasolar planets don't give us a lot of information about their surface conditions, or any details about their surface at all, as they are non photographic methods - such stars are all far too far away to allow for any photos of any of their planets).

The planets that have been detected are all large, because thats how we detect them, by their gravitational interactions with their stars. The smaller the planet, the smaller it's gravitational interaction with it's parent star, and so, the less likely that we can detect it at such distances.

The most recent discovery was of a planet that is estimated to be 3 times the Earth's mass. Now, Venus, in our solar system, is almost exactly the same mass and size as Earth, yet Venus is extremely uninhabitable, or a likely source of life, as its 800F hot, and has a surface atmosphere pressure 90 times that of Earth. So, finding a similar sized planet won't tell you anything about it's life bearing potential just from it's size.

  5. yeah, i think so too. the odds of there being no life on other worlds are slim at best. think about it, i don't know why people think that we are the only ones in the seemingly infinite expanse of our universe.

  6. yes they're a billions of sun like stars with planets orbating around them of course it's possible.

with the right conditions they're could be billions of earths

  7. There are millions of them

  8. The problem is that when people say that there might be life somewhere else, they always think about Mars...I believe that there WAS life on Mars and maybe they just moved to another Galaxy....But we still don't have the tecnology to move around space at the speed of light so we have to live with the doubt of if there is life or not somewhere else...I believe we are no alone....
