possibility. While this would in fact be fasinating, wonderous and enjoyable (getting to see species of animals that haven't roamed the earth for tens of thousands of years), would the resserecting of such creatures be wise?

  1. The  big ones yes, it's not like they could couldn't be easily found and killed if they caused problems. Things like insects NO. That's a bio-disaster in the making.


  2. While I have no scientific knowledge of this question, I can assume that those prehistoric creatures died for a reason, and while it would be facinating to see them alive and kicking, it would probably have a major impact on the world's environment.

  4. Because man had a hand in the extinction of many of these large mammals, we are obligated to attempt to restore what we destroyed.  The problem of finding surrogate mothers is significant, but like anything else, can be overcome with enough research.
