  1. I'm just a normal women and I believe in God,with all my heart.Does that count? :)

    God bless.

    x)

  2. Einstein belived in God.

  3. well, im not a scientist, but i can tell u just as people, yeah some do believe in God. Many biologists don't believe in creationism, specifically and im assuming many physicists and the like don't buy into the strict dogma of any religion.

And to address einstein, yes he believed in God, but he was a deist: this god was not the christian God. To him, God was a watchmaker: he built the universe and it functioned how it was spose to so he stopped meddling with it.

  4. Statistics show that a very small percentage of scientists believe in god.  I found this quote as one web site: "Interestingly, the biologists in the National Academy of Science possess the lowest rate of belief of all the science disciplines, with only 5.5% believing in God."

  5. There might be more scientists in the Science and Mathematics section.

  6. Of all occupations, science probably has the highest percent of nonbelievers.

  7. I'm not a scientist yet, but I am going towards computer science.

Yes, I believe in God, heaven and h**l. We have demons not ghosts.

  8. I don't think there are many scientists on R&S.

  9. Nope. I don't believe in God, afterlife, or ghosts, and just about everyone in my department doesn't either.

    ____

  10. im not a scientist, but i doubt they'd be in this section. they only believe what they can see. LOL. their loss!

  11. I am a scientist an I believe in God and afterlife

I do not believe in ghosts in most peoples view but I believe in spirit realm where God Jesus and angels reside

  12. As a scientist with a degree in Truthology from Southern Christian Tech I say there is undeniable proof for God.

See? It's easy for any Christian to BS and act like a scientist. Real scientists that accept the facts are atheists or agnostics.

  13. SCIENCE IS ELIMINATING MODELS OF GOD BUT NOT GOD:

Francis Bacon, the famous philosopher, has rightly said that a little knowledge of science makes you an atheist, but an in-depth study of science makes you a believer in God. Scientists today are eliminating models of God, but they are not eliminating God.

Surah Fussilat chapter 41 verse 53:

“Soon will we show them our signs in the (furthest) regions (of the earth), and in their own souls, until it becomes manifest to them that this is truth. Is it not enough that thy lord doth witness all things?”  (41: 53)

According to the famous physicist and Nobel Prize winner, Albert Einstein,

“Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind.”

  14. I am not a scientist but I beleive in god, not a church, an afterlife that is also a before life because I believe we are spirit and have always been and will be forever, and ghosts are the pitiful spirits that have things that are unresolved . I do believe after a time they see the light and ascend to their glory!

  15. No to all three.

  16. hack\\zero, you are not a scientist. Computer science is not actually science - it is a pure engineering discipline. I have the same degree as you are working towards to.

  17. I am not a scientist. However my father, a devout Catholic, is a Chemist with his own business creating custom polymers for clients and he has a strong belief in God. My aunt, who has her PhD in Microbiology and has worked on a safer smallpox vaccine, a vaccine for AIDS, and also on cancer research, is also a Catholic with strong faith in God. So there are two, at least.

Edit - I'd love to see Action Jackson's credentials for determining just who is and isn't a REAL scientist. I would love to see proof that neither my aunt or my father are scientists. I am pretty sure they could make him look like the small minded bigot he is in any kind of a debate. (Not that they frequent YA like I do. Unlike me, they have lives. lol)

  18. noe i dont cuz gowd is stooped.

  19. I am an engineer, so I consider myself a scientist.  I am a Christian.  I believe in God.  I believe in the afterlife.  I do not believe in ghosts, per se.

I also believe that intellect is probably the most difficult thing to overcome for a Christian, because it defaults to arrogance.  I believe that there will be a great many scientists and intellectuals in h**l.

    .

  20. Accredited Bach Sci degree in Physics

    God:  definitely yes.

What is more, nearly every other scientist I know personally also believes in God.  I don't know what statistics suggest that most scientists do not, but from my personal experience I would be very, *very* surprised if most scientists do not believe in God.

    Afterlife:  definitely yes.

Ghosts:  definitely not, but I do not discount the possibility.  However, it seems, from the evidence, to be extraordinarily unlikely (about on par with extraterrestrial abductions, I would say).

  21. I'm a computer scientist, and no I do not believe in a god or gods.  Most of the statistics show that less than 5% of scientists world wide believe in a god or gods.

    Edit:

    Engineers are not scientists.

  25. No.

  26. I study Exercise science, so I guess that makes me a scientist doesn't it...

    No I don't.

  27. I'm actually an Anthropologist, does that count?

    If so; NO!!!!

  28. Yes.  I am earning a space science degree to become an astronaut and I believe in God.  A few months back he sent me on a mission to figure out religious beliefs from all the religions that suit me.  Now it feel it pretty much describes who I am.

  29. Yes I do, And I will Always know the Truth. I have seen God's work, and seen  Miracles in my lifetime that no one can Imagine.
