  1. I am a Mazda Person so from my point of view you should get a Mazda :).  But since you are not looking at Mazdas I can give you reasons why the Civic is the better choice out of the two you like.

The Civic has won multiple awards on reliability, driveability, and durability.  The Civic gets over 10 mpg more than the TC.  The resale value will be better on the Civic.  The civic is also waay less expensive...

The only things I have against the Civic are that it is not a hatch, so it has less trunk space than the tc.  The civic also has that annoying sual layer dash.  But past those it is a great car.

  2. Both are good cars. I own a 2007 tC and I must say that I could not be happier. When I was buying I looked at both the Civic and the Scion. The starting price for the tC is $17,000 and that comes fully loaded with all the power options, moonroof, 17" alloy wheels...anything you can think of. If you were to get those options on a Civic, it would cost you over $20grand.

Both are very reliable. The tC uses the Toyota Camry engine. There have not been many known issues with the car. I've had mine for 2 years and have had no issues whatsoever.

    Plus...the tC looks better.

  3. I'd have to say the tC.

To me, it looks better, it comes base FULLY loaded with a radio, power everything, and side airbags while the honda civic DX doesn't even come with a radio.

Not to mention that the base tC is more fun to drive than the base Honda Civic

  4. tc all the way it look nicer, it is made by Toyota which mean it's very reliable, and it has more power.

  5. Honda Civic. It is reliable, nice, and not too expensive.  I have one and love it!

  6. I personally would go with the tC, because it ROCKS!!!

  7. honda civic.

  8. Depends what you like... Anyway I would say Honda Civic because my dad had a 2006 model. I remember driving it... smooth shifting transmission, fuel effecient, and sporty. Oh well, your choice.
