s****. in diagnostic mode

Question

According to iRobot support, my s****. is in a diagnostic mode. All lights are on and it goes up and down the acustic scale. They tell me this was caused by the power and clean button pushed simultaneously. Further, support tells me this mode is for iRobot engineers and that there is no way to get it out. I paid $500 for this thing new and cannot believe that Engineering is so stupid. Does anyone know how to get my s****. out of diagnostic mode?
