Scooter problem.?

Question

hi I own a Piaggio 125 fly scooter and have diffuculty starting it in the mornings and have to jump start the battery. do you think I need a new battery if the bike is only a year old? or could it be something else and would the warrenty cover the problem.

Has it been ridden all the time, could be a dirty carb also as well as a bad battery

HArd to tell without being there.
