Scope After doing M.tech?

Question

am doing 3rd year B.Tech CSE.

1)I would like to work in a good company in the R&D department.(Mostly India)

Doing an MS or M.tech in one of the IITs will suffice?

And which is better for me MS or M.tech. And which field in it.

Or do u suggest any other option.

2)And i am interested in AI and Robotics(Right now i don't know much about these fields. Just fascinated). Is PG and Job in this field available in India?

3)I think this is the right time to start GATE prep. Can you suggest me any book.

4)Is MS in India equivalent to US M.S?

And what is the avg pay after doin M.tech??

of waty i know its dat after mtech the salary they offer becomes double... its like doing an mba but with the techy side... so its really good if u do it n ur job opportunities increse fourfold...
