I was born on November 21st, (Scorpio on Sagittarius cusp) and my girlfriend was born on November 29th (Sagittarius). I like her, and she seems to like me. But sometimes I don't understand what's going on in her mind? How compatible are we horoscope-wise? Are there things I can learn from astrology to make our relationship stronger and long-lasting?

Yes, there is much more information you can learn from Astrology to offer help in your relationship(s); however, just giving that little bit of information isn't hardly enough to offer you an interpretation.  For relationships, you would need to compare the compatibility of each other's Moon, Venus, Mars, & Mercury signs....at the very least.....  It would be best to review the charts for both for compatibility, challenges, obstacles, annoyances, etc.....
