Scorpio woman ignoring me? any thoughts on this?

ok so I had a Realllly good Scorpio friend. Best friend in fact. then for some reasons, we stopped being friends...she holds me responsible for the rift. But we are still in touch, like we call each other about twice a year and sms each other on holidays.

the last i heard from her was a few days before my birthday. we were generally chatting and she mentioned that my birthday was coming up in a few days and we even joked about the celebrations.

later a common friend reminded her about it again.

But on my birthday she didnt call to wish me or anything. And she isnt the type who usually forgets. What do you think happened? Was she trying to belittle me or am i being too sensitive?

I think that she may feel akward....or maybe she is evaluating if this friendship is really even worth her time...I have had problems with friends...still tried to remain friends, but if everything did not go well after me trying then I just gave up. Either she does not want to be a good friend anymore or she does feel akward and you guys should talk about it.

instead of blamin it on the zodiac sign try n find out why has she deserted u. (i hope m not being defensive! :D)

if she is ur best friend i think u can talk to her abt it. tell her whts on ur mind n probably after speakin to her  u might be able to find out the reason for the rift.

Probably being too sensitive. Even if she did do it on purpose, it doesn't matter.  Let her do as she will.  Scorpios have trouble letting go.  Don't wait around for her, otherwise you'll be miserable.

hey i did that once!!!yea dude...she definitely thinks the relationship is dead...or it's not as important as before...and you're not being too sensitive...she's just being to bitter....plus im a scorpio and we DO tend to do stuff like that if we're unsure on a particular relationship

i say you should investigate further...  call her out on it... ask her straight out why she didn't call you on your birthday (in a sweet "i was bummed not to hear from you" kinda way)...  pay close attention to her answer (choice of words)/reaction/tone... that should tell you what's up.  sometimes we get caught up in our emotions and completely forget (maybe she was having a bad day?)...  or she may still be hurt/upset about whatever caused your rift and feels she's not ready to offer her friendship and loyalty to you just yet..  all you can do really, if you truly want her friendship back, is show her that no matter what she throws your way you're staying put..  this would be a good opportunity to express to her how much you miss her friendship...and that you want to work towards making it better again..  be honest, she'll appreciate it..  but if she's insensitive towards you then i wouldn't waste my efforts..  good luck!

You will have to be the one to make the effort if the friendship has a chance. They are so incredibly sensitive and they never forget something that was said or done to displease them. Be honest. Be sincere. She will respect this. After you give your best effort just leave her be and if the friendship is meant to last she will come around.

Your former friend probably thought about calling you while she was busy doing other things. If she believed your friendship were still alive, she would  have stopped what she was doing to call you no matter what. She wasn't trying to belittle you. She simply didn't think it was important to either you or her.

EDIT: Thanks for the thumbs-down. I'm a Scorpio. I understand the mindset. The problem is YOU don't understand it. Consider what I said unemotionally the way a Scorpio would and you will see what I'm saying is correct.
