at practice yesterday my mounting group get our half twist down, our full lib (we kinda had that before), and our full heel stretch.. how hard would it be to accomplish a full scorpion and a full twist down at our next couple practices?? our flyer is pretty flexible and has been practicing her scorpion on land but we need balancing tecniques and tips for our twist down.. THANKS!! i am main base for these one legged stunts.. =]
