Scorpion of Cozumel?

I found some scorpions under a rock in Cozumel, they were black, had litlle pinchers, and fat tails, I figured they were toxic due to there body build, but have no clue how toxic, or what kind?

usually the size of the scorpion determines the potency of the venom/toxin.

The smaller it is the more venomous.
